Zumba Gold Classes have switched from Mondays to Tuesday early evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE - Abington's Public Health Nurse is available for Abington residents of ALL Ages. The Abington Board of Health in conjunction with the Council on Aging now offer the Public Health Nurse at the Abington Senior Center with expanded hours. The nurse, who is a staff member of the Norwell VNA will generally be available to Abington residents at the following locations:
Every Monday 9:30AM - 12:30 - Abington Senior Ctr
1st Tuesday of Mth 9:30 - 12:30 - Leavitt Terrace
2nd Tuesday of Mth 9:30 - 12:30 - Shaw Ave
3rd Tuesday of Mth 9:30 - 12:30 - Chestnut Glen

Nutrition

Thursday luncheon ladies crew, helping out at the Senior Cookout.

Meals-on-Wheels delivered lunchtime Monday through Friday.  Just $3.00 per day suggested donation.  Wonderful volunteers deliver wonderful, nutritious meals right to your door. Referrals can be made by your doctor, the visiting nurses or a social worker/case worker.  For more information call us.

Meals are also provided at the Senior Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 AM. The Tuesday meal is both cooked and hosted by the Friends of Abington Seniors. Cost $4.00.

Senior Luncheon during the school year only every Thursday.

Just $3.00 for a full meal in the company of about 40 nice folks.  Someone wins a free lunch and/or door prize every week. Mingling starts at 11:00 a.m.

Buffet lunch begins 11:30 a.m. sharp.
